EFFECTS OF POSTURAL BALANCE TRAINING ON STABILITY IN SWIMMERS
نویسندگان
چکیده
ABSTRACT Introduction: Recent research shows that swimmers with greater stability and better balance reflect water performance adjustment ability. Objective: Explore the influence of training on fitness swimmers. Methods: The volunteers selected in this paper were aged 18 to 22 years old a sports school. They randomly divided into experimental control groups for an experiment lasting 8 weeks. Both athletes performed during period. Postural was added group instead traditional methods, while followed routine professional plan taught by Results: OSI score decreased from 1.79±0.41 0.89±0.26; API 1.31±0.22 0.64±0.17; MLI 1.42±0.32 0.54±0.30. Conclusion: shown increase swimmers, contributing favorably fitness. can be swimming process. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.

Effects of Balance Training on Postural Control in Athletes with Chronic Ankle Instability: A Systematic Review
Objective The Objective Ankle sprains are among the most common injuries in athletes. One of the limitations of people with chronic ankle instability is the lack of postural control. Balance and coordination training are among the most common interventions for people with chronic ankle instability. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of balance training on postural co...
متن کاملThe Effects of Balance Training on Static and Dynamic Postural Stability Indices After Acute ACL Reconstruction
BACKGROUND Proprioception and postural stability play an important role in knee movements. However, there are controversies about the overall recovery time of proprioception following knee surgery and onset of balance and neuromuscular training after ACL reconstruction. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the effect of balance training in early stage of knee rehabilitation after anterior cru...
متن کاملEffect of balance training on postural stability in subjects with chronic ankle instability.
The lateral ligament complex of the ankle is a frequently injured structure in sports and recreational activities, which often results in chronic ankle instability (CAI). Balance exercise training has become a common component of clinical rehabilitation for CAI to address postural deficits. To determine the effect of balance training on postural stability, this critically appraised topic presen...
متن کاملLead effects on postural balance of children.
The postural sway responses of 63 children with a mean age of 5.74 years were quantified with a Force Platform technique. The average maximum (max) blood lead (PbB) of these children during the first 5 years of life was 20.7 micrograms/dL (range 9.2 to 32.5). The backward stepwise regression analysis for sway area response during the eyes-closed, no-foam test with all the covariates and confoun...
متن کاملWater and salt balance of well-trained swimmers in training.
This study investigated fluid and electrolyte balance in well-trained male and female swimmers during 2 training sessions. Participants were 17 nationally ranked swimmers measured during a period of intensive training. Sweat loss was assessed from changes in body mass after correction for fluid intake and urine collection. Sweat composition was measured from waterproof absorbent patches applied...
